Employee Highlight - Welcome to TaylorWorks, Dennis Ciabatoni

Dennis Ciabatoni is the new Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) for TaylorWorks. He is originally from New Jersey where he studied Criminal Justice at Middlesex College.

He relocated to Orlando in 2003 where he was a store manager in a big box retail store. While managing in retail he understood the importance of customer service.
In 2011 he relocated to Baltimore, MD to pursue opportunities in the IT Industry. During his time in Baltimore he started his IT career as a Helpdesk Technician and then eventually grew to become the Director of Technical Services.

Along the way he has acquired many certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, and HIPAA. His IT knowledge also expands to Cloud Computing, Network Engineering, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Virtualization and IT Project Management.

In 2016 he left the snow behind (once again) and moved back to Orlando. As our vCIO he leverages his technical knowledge and passion for customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction while maintaining business continuity as his top priority. His hobbies include anything outdoors such as playing sports, boating, motorcycles and fishing.
